Elk Creek Solar is a 300-Megawatt solar photovoltaic (PV) Project proposed to generate clean, emission-free energy and substantial local revenues for Dunn County, Wisconsin. The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin approved the Project in October 2023, and in December 2025, Elk Creek Solar was acquired by Northern States Power Company (Xcel Energy).
